For those of you who have been following the personal part of my blog, the surgery went well and I'm home. I'm not allowed to be up and about for two days, So, I am supposed to be flat on my back for that period. Depending on the pain level, I might put in a few hours later this week to make a few dollars. Only time and my body will tell.  If you do go by while I'm out, please ask for me and I'll get credit for anything you love and take home. Talk to you guys tomorrow and thanks for the support.

Well, tomorrow is the big day and I might be out all week for recovery. I'm trying to get back as soon as possible. Well, it's Thursday night and it's almost time for the weekend. If any of you are free, please stop by Saturday for the Valentino special event. One of a kind and exotic handbags for my one of a kind and exotic customers. Please remember, I will be at work Friday, Saturday and Sunday before I have to take some medical time off next week. Well, to begin with, I'd not advise to send out fliers, e-mails or advertisements on pain killers. But, if you have to, have someone double check your work. The Valentino event is this Saturday March 29th (not 22nd). So, oops I made a mistake again. As for the day, it was cold and dreadful. I hope everyone enjoyed there Easter Sunday. Mine was fun. I rode the Linx Train for the first time and I was so impressed. I strolled the city and had brunch at Pikes. What a city we are going to have. Charlotte is looking good. As for me, I have one week until my out patient surgery. I will be working everyday until my Monday surgery except for Thursday my usual day off. Please come by and see me and let's get summer started. I hope you guys have a great weekend. I added a few items since yesterday. I also priced the Dolce & Gabanna shoes. We also got some Henry Beguelin items in and they are fun, I love - love - love the little lace up flat and the bags are "to die for". I hope Saturday is a good day. It's been a hard slow week. Well, today was kinda weird. Maybe it was me, maybe it was the lack of customers or maybe it was the anticipation of the new arrivals. Well, part of that is over. We did get in some new Jimmy Choo and Dolce & Gabanna shoes today. Also this week, we have gotten Gucci, Tods, Taryn Rose, Carlos Falchi, Valentino and Stuart Weitzman. Please. please please, if you want to see any of these, call me. Remember, we only get one and I am overwhelmed by the Jimmy Choo watersnake handbag and shoes, they rule (as do you my loyal customers). I hope that your Wednesday was good. Mine ended up pretty good. With today bringing me a few of my loyal customers and I thank you guys for your support. I expect some new shoes Thursday (Charleston got there's Today) from Jimmy Choo and Dolce & Gabanna. I hope that the spinning icons on the home page don't make you guys dizzy, I enjoy the spinning icons on these pain killers (hehe). We need to work together and get spring shoes in your closet. Well, I was scheduled for today off. After getting a haircut at 12, running errands and returning calls, I wasn't up for going to work for a few hours. Although I needed to go in today, to sale some shoes for this week. I did find out that I am having my outpatient surgery on Monday March 31st and I should be out about a week. I am excited about this week, I was told that Jimmy Choo and Dolce & Gabanna would be here and I can't wait to see them (and show them to you).Come by and see me soon. Guys, I really really hate days in retail like today. I worked 9 full hours and made a whopping $28.50. No, I didn't misplace the decimal. When you work strictly on commission you have these days. Some months more than others. Hopefully the new arrivals this week of Dolce & Gabanna along with Jimmy Choo will help. It's days like today i'd rather stay home in bed. hehe. I figure that this blog would be a great way to introduce new items and let you see what goes on in the life of a simple shoe salesman. We did get in a new color in Tods, A new Bottega handbag and a great new giraffe mule.

Well, the weekend is over and another week awaits with all it's fun times and problems. The weekend buzzed by literally with the pain meds and all. It wasn't as busy as I expected with the ACC tournament in town, but I'm sure it helped a bit. I did learn at our weekly Friday morning meeting that both Jimmy Choo and Dolce & Gabanna are now in customs. Hopefully we will see them both this week. There is almost nothing left in the holiday/cruise collection and I can't wait. We also learned that 18 of our Prada handbags had just been stitched together and should leave Italy in a few days and hopefully arrive by the end of the month. Hey guys - We got in some new Alexander Neal shoes. I really do love the heel and flat in the silver w/ the pink embroidery. It's really cool and different. A few new Gucci, YSL, Fendi and Valentino handbags. A lot of these handbags are going fast, so hurry and get your today. There are some great ones. I love the new YSL handbags in blue and the Fendi bags are great and functional. The rosette pink bag is fun and I do love it too. Doing daily duty on Bob Ellis on pain killers is really a ... Pain. But, soon, I'll have the surgery and be back to my old fun self. Be sure to ask for me when you call or come by so I can get credit for any sales. Well guys today was my day off so i'm going to fill you in. Monday and Tuesdays arrivals are all featured here. Lots of good stuff for both the guys and gals. Click on the pics on my home page to see the new items. Some very different mens items for a change. What a day off, errands and a trip to the doctor including a CT scan. Just to let you know, I'll be taking about a week off for some minor out patient surgery soon. But, i'll still get pictures somehow to keep you guys informed. Hello Everyone, the weekend went well. It was a busy Saturday and Sunday with lots of sizes of the best of the best going out the door. I know we also sold a lot of our one of a kind handbags. Also, we also had a great time at the charity event Thursday night, it raised a lot of money for the Mint Museums charity. Guys, today was another "Day in Paradise" at Bob Ellis Shoes. Now, this week has seen some great new items arriving and I want to share them with you. Thursday, I will be at work all day and we will be hosting a private event for charity between 7PM and 9PM. it will be for a charity associated with the Mint Museum. Well, this weekend was wild with the CIAA basketball in town. I took ot easy Sunday because it was my birthday. But, it's Monday and I've gotta get this out to my customers.
